Takashi Murakami works in both areas of areas of art such as digital and painting. Takashi uses icons from mass media and pop culture and changes them into his own sculptures. Some of these sculptures have even been up to 30 feet in height. He also specializes in Superflat paintings which is a combination of manga and anime. Manga is the Japanese word for cartoons.
