Patrick Caulfield, Pop Artist Extraordinaire

In 1936, Patrick Caulfield was born and raised in London. He studied at the Chelsea School of Art and the Royal College of Art between the years 1956-1963. After his years in school, he became a teacher at Chelsea School of Art. Patrick Caulfield had a huge part in Pop art. His art was know among the 1960’s generation of artists for his bold and colorful images. Caulfield’s still life images captured the mood and decor with acute style. Patrick had many works of art some of them being Coloured Still Life, Sweet Bowl, and Happy Hour
